STAGE No: 1
Once you decide to appoint Plans2Build we will carry out a Home Design Consultation that will last between 2-4 hours. We will listen to your requirements, produce sketch drawings while you wait, carry out a measured survey and advise on construction and planning requirements

STAGE No: 2
Once you are happy with the proposed designs, and the project is viable then you proceed onto stage two. We produce planning drawings and submit them to the council together with all the necessary forms and letters. You have the opportunity to approve the drawings and make changes before we submit them to the council.

STAGE No: 3
When planning has been approved you will then require building regulation approval from your council. We will produce the detailed drawings, sections and specifications for the building regulation application. Stage 3 service also includes all forms and letters to the council. These drawings will be required by your builder during construction.

PAYMENT
Payment will be made as each step progreses this allows for easy budgeting
